港股午評:恒指升0.28%止步5連跌,內銀股多數回暖,內房股大跌

格隆匯9月10日丨港股上午盤三大指數小幅震盪,恒指、國指分別升0.28%及0.39%,止步5連跌行情,恒生科技指數升0.09%。

盤面上,大型科技股多數上升,獲納入港股通,阿里巴巴勁升近5%,百度升1.77%,京東、美團皆上升,快手跌1.65%,網易、騰訊走低;大摩指中國銀行業貸款定價趨於理性,不必過分擔憂淨息差壓力,連續下跌的內銀股多數回暖,建設銀行、工商銀行、農業銀行升超1%;國家發改委稱,全面推廣新能源汽車有序充電,新能源汽車股普遍上升,績後獲多家大行唱好,蔚來再度升超9%表現尤其搶眼;教育股、豬肉概念股、國內零售股、回港中概股部分上升。另一方面,多隻內房股遭調出港股通,內房股跌勢明顯,旭輝控股大跌20%,遠洋集團大跌18%,家電股、建材水泥股等產業鏈繼續跟跌;半導體設備海外管控加嚴,半導體芯片股走低;美眾議院通過《生物安全法案》,CXO板塊集體下挫,航空股、高鐵基建股、餐飲股、海運股、煤炭股等紛紛下跌。

板塊方面

內銀股多數回暖。摩根士丹利認為,中國銀行業正逐步從過去對貸款增長的依賴轉向更加理性的競爭和貸款定價策略。這一轉變預計將有助於穩定銀行的淨利息收入(NIM),並可能減輕長期風險。大摩預計,在未來12個月內,銀行業的表現將超越大盤市場。

新能源車普遍上升。國家發改委消息,國家發展**委辦公廳等部門發佈關於推動車網互動規模化應用試點工作的通知,其中提到,按照“創新引導、先行先試”的原則,全面推廣新能源汽車有序充電,擴大雙向充放電(V2G)項目規模,豐富車網互動應用場景,以城市為主體完善規模化、可持續的車網互動政策機制,以V2G項目為主體探索技術先進、模式清晰、可複製推廣的商業模式,力爭以市場化機制引導車網互動規模化發展。參與試點的地區應全面執行充電峯谷分時電價,力爭年度充電電量60%以上集中在低谷時段,其中通過私人樁充電的電量80%以上集中在低谷時段。參與試點的V2G項目放電總功率原則上不低於500千瓦,年度放電量不低於10萬千瓦時,西部地區可適當降低。

個股方面

獲納入港股通,阿里巴巴升近5%。消息面上,上交所、深交所發佈公吿,對港股通標的證券名單作出調整,阿里巴巴正式獲納入港股通,自今日起生效。這意味着南向資金將可以通過港股通購買阿里巴巴。 機構均看好阿里納入港股通的前景,大摩研報指出,從長期來看,南向資金持股佔比可能會穩定超過10%。高盛研報預計,南向資金將為阿里巴巴帶來150億至160億美元的潛在資金流入。

蔚來大升超9% 機構稱三季度汽車毛利率將進一步改善。交銀國際指出,蔚來拐點已至,第三季度汽車毛利率將進一步改善。第四季度隨着樂道開始批量交付,該行認為汽車毛利率依然有改善空間。

華眾車載暴跌超81%。根據公開資料,該公司主要從事汽車內外結構及裝飾零件、模具及工具、空調或暖風機的外殼和貯液筒及其他非汽車產品的製造及銷售業務。
