大快活(00052.HK)為吞嚥及咀嚼困難人士推出軟餐飯盒
大快活(00052.HK)宣布推出「快活 回味軟餐」計劃,成為香港首間推出軟餐飯盒的連鎖快餐店,回應吞嚥及咀嚼困難患者及長者對飲食的需求,首階段將皇牌美食「阿活咖喱雞飯」及「阿活焗豬扒飯」製作成符合國際吞嚥障礙飲食標準(IDDSI)及照護食標準指引等級四的軟餐,料率先於安老院舍試行,並會在稍後推廣至各大快活分店及網上訂購。
集團品質管理部經理陳淑銘透露,用了一年多的時間研發軟餐,過程中首要關注的是保持食品製作環境的高度衛生與安全,期望讓有吞嚥困難患者及長者可以品嘗到口感比一般糊餐/碎餐更吸引的食物。
