騰邦控股(06880.HK)：深圳國際仲裁院裁決騰邦物流須償還仲裁裁決指明的金額
格隆匯7月27日丨騰邦控股(06880.HK)公吿，於2022年3月4日，公司收到公司控股股東騰邦控股(香港)有限公司("騰邦香港")的通知，稱其收到深圳國際仲裁院發出的仲裁通知書("通知書")及其他相關文件("相關文件"，內容有關涉及中國工商銀行股份有限公司深圳東門支行("工行深圳東門支行")(其後因工行深圳東門支行向中國信達資產管理股份有限公司深圳市分公司("信達資產管理深圳市分公司")進行借款轉讓，變更為信達資產管理深圳市分公司，作為申請人)的金融借款合同糾紛("該糾紛")，以及(其中包括)騰邦物流集團股份有限公司、騰邦集團有限公司、騰邦香港以及鍾百勝先生(公司主席、非執行董事兼控股股東)作為被申請人("被申請人")。
於2022年7月25日，公司收到公司控股股東騰邦香港的通知，稱深圳國際仲裁院於2022年7月15日就該糾紛作出仲裁裁決。指定仲裁庭(i)確認申請人就該糾紛向騰邦物流集團股份有限公司申索借款的本金及利息，且騰邦物流須償還仲裁裁決指明的金額；(ii)認同申請人對騰邦香港質押的公司2.015億股股份的申索；(iii)裁定申請人有權執行騰邦香港擁有的公司2.015億股股份的股份質押，並對出售有關股份的所得款項享有優先受償權，以償還第(i)項所指明的金額、律師費、保全費及仲裁費，以人民幣3.7億元為限；及(iv)確認另外兩名被申請人(騰邦物流及騰邦香港除外)以及仲裁裁決指明的該糾紛中的其他被申請人應就本金及利息承擔連帶責任，以人民幣17億元為限，而被申請人以及仲裁裁決指明的該糾紛中的其他被申請人應就與該糾紛有關的相關律師費、保全費及仲裁費承擔連帶責任，以約人民幣1000萬元為限。仲裁裁決為終局裁決且具有法律效力。
公司確認，直至本公吿日期，就公司董事會所知，仲裁裁決對公司及其附屬公司的業務及一般運營並無產生重大不利影響。於本公吿日期，公司仍如常經營且營運管理保持穩定。
