戶戶送調查:第二季餐廳對業績滿意度屬兩年半以來最高
戶戶送公布2022年第二季「餐廳信心指數」調查結果。有關調查於6月29日至7月10日進行,受訪餐廳對業績的滿意度由2022年第一季的5.3/10上升至6.4/10,錄得兩年半以來的最高分數。除了滿意度上升外,受訪餐廳對餐飲業的前景有更大信心,較上次調查的34%上升至39%。此外,36%受訪餐廳對整體經濟環境表示樂觀,高於上一季的32%。 65%受訪餐廳認為,消費券計劃令第二季的收入輕微或大幅增加,23%餐廳表示已準備了相關市場推廣及宣傳活動,48%餐飲業東主亦正考慮於第三季推出相應推廣活動,以配合第三季推出的第二階段消費券計劃。 調查顯示,逾45%餐廳的收入於第二季錄得升幅,16%則表示收入維持不變,55%受訪餐廳表示堂食收入較2022年第一季大幅或輕微上升,19%則表示堂食收入維持不變。 48%受訪餐廳表示,曾於第二季增聘員工,55%受訪餐廳計劃於第三季加薪挽留員工,其中18%預料升幅將介乎5%至10%,而47%則預料升幅介乎2%至5%。此外,42%受訪餐廳表示計劃聘請更多員工,26%餐廳計劃於2022年第三季開設新分店。 大部分受訪餐廳表示於第二季期間,營運成本為他們最大的壓力來源,當中包括食材價格及租金開支,分別各有39%受訪餐廳將其列為最大開支;人工成本則排行第二,有23%餐廳指員工薪金為其最大開支,即使延長堂食時限及放寬社交距離措施仍然不足以紓解業界的憂慮,74%受訪餐廳表示非常或有點擔心新冠疫情或出現反彈。
