銀行業加薪2%至3%挽留人才 花紅多達4個月或以上
銀行業紛紛加薪挽留人才。有報道的統計顯示,今年傳統銀行普遍加薪幅度介乎2%至3%,虛擬銀行加幅較高,個別平均加幅達5.2%。另外,部分銀行向員工派發的花紅平均介乎1個月至2.5個月薪金,當中更有員工獲派4個月或以上薪金的花紅。
報道指,匯豐及旗下恆生的基層員工,今年一般獲派花紅介乎1至1.5個月薪金,整體平均加薪約2%,部分基層以上職級員工加薪3%。
匯豐、恆生(00011.HK)及渣打銀行的員工均表示,今年獲派花紅多過去年。有在匯豐從事中後臺的非專職員工指自己獲派4個月花紅,另外有恆生和渣打員工指獲發2至3個月薪金的花紅。
報道又指,東亞銀行(00023.HK)和華僑永銀行今年平均加薪3%,平均派1個月花紅;表現優異的員工獲加薪5至6%,花紅介乎3至5個月薪金。上海商業銀行花紅介乎1個月至4個月或更多。
有虛擬銀行高層表示,業內因人員流失率很高,加薪幅度較傳統銀行高,該行今年平均薪金加幅達5.2%,花紅平均派2.5個月,最多派4至4.5個月。
