《藍籌業績》長實集團(01113.HK)去年純利按年升30%至212.41億元符預期 末期息增至1.79元
長實集團(01113.HK)公布截至去年12月底止全年業績,集團收入620.94億元,按年升7.8%。純利212.41億元,按年升30.1%,符合本網綜合4間券商預測集團去年列賬純利介乎197.61億元至217.93億元之預期,中位數為207.77億元。期內,每股盈利5.77元。派末期息1.79元,上年同期派1.46元。連同中期息,全年派息2.2元,按年增長0.4元或22.2%。
於去年,物業銷售收入(包括攤佔合營企業)為377.98億元,按年下跌2.3%,主要包括香港愛海頌、Sea to Sky和21 Borrett Road第1期的住宅單位銷售;及內地東莞海逸豪庭、廣州逸翠莊園、上海高逸尚城及上海御沁園的住宅單位銷售。另外,物業租務收入(包括攤佔合營企業)為66.93億元,下跌0.9%。
於去年底,集團擁有可開發土地儲備(包括合作發展項目之發展商權益,但不包括農地及已完成物業)約7,500萬平方呎,其中400萬平方呎、6,700萬平方呎及400萬平方呎分別位於香港、內地及海外。
另外,集團去年底負債淨額與總資本淨額比率約為7.9%。負債淨額以銀行及其他借款扣減銀行結存及定期存款634億元計算,而總資本淨額則為權益總額及負債淨額之和。
集團主席李澤鉅表示,展望今年,疫苗接種普及可望帶動環球經濟回穩,惟復甦動力仍受制於病毒變異情況。中美關係持續演變,未來發展仍存在不確定性,市場面對供應短缺及通脹升溫的重大挑戰,美國增快結束買債與加息步伐,以及地緣局勢緊張,均對漸現曙光的經貿環境帶來變數。
他提到,過去數年香港經歷多番波動,惟集團根基穩固,現金充裕,並坐擁優質資產,成功通過各種考驗及挑戰,並從中展現其應變能力,穩中求變,積極發掘新機遇。集團以既定策略運用資本,進行穩定並可提供經常性收益優質投資,進一步鞏固並拓闊業務基礎,故對整體業務於疫情好轉、經營環境改善時重拾增長感到樂觀。香港及內地為集團地產業務重點市場,集團將繼續物色合適物業發展機會,對兩地前景充滿信心。(ek/a)
