內房及物管股續受捧 奧園(03883.HK)及金科服務(09666.HK)續升10%-11%
據內媒報道,全國性的商品房預售資金監管辦法於近日出臺,有券商認爲該規定有利於房企合理運用銷售資金,防範因監管過嚴而導致部分房企流動性風險加劇。A股內房板塊今早升逾1%。
本港內房及物管股今天繼續跑贏大市,中國金茂(00817.HK)續升逾7%報3.22元創十個月高。融創中國(01918.HK)三連升,今天股價重越50天線(11.45元),最高見11.6元,現報11.46元,續升6.9%。旭輝(00884.HK)續升6.6%曾高見6.17元。
雅居樂(03383.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、富力(02777.HK)及中國奧園(03883.HK)依次續升約7%-10%,分別報4.78元、4.77元、4.16元及1.9元。
中國恆大(03333.HK)續升5.1%報1.85元;中駿集團(01966.HK)連升第三天,報2.01元,續升4.1%。世茂(00813.HK)高見7.18元,現報6.83元,續升4.9%。
萬科(02202.HK)續升5.4%報21.6元。四大藍籌內房續升逾1.5%-3%,中海外(00688.HK)跑贏,股價高見25.5元,創年半年高,現報25.1元,續升3.1%;潤地(01109.HK)高見41.05元(暫受制52周高位41.3元),現報40.35元,續升1.8%;龍湖(00960.HK)高見47.75元,創逾七個高,現報47.35元,續升1.6%。
至於物管股今天以金科服務(09666.HK)升幅最大,股價三連升,曾高見44元,現報42.95元,急漲逾11%;融創服務(01516.HK)續升8.1%曾高見10.14元;合景悠活(03913.HK)續升7.9%報3.98元。
雅生活服務(03319.HK)、藍籌碧桂園服務(06098.HK)、旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)、世茂服務(00873.HK)及時代鄰裏(09928.HK)續升約2%-5%,後者最強報3.34元。
據報內地多個地區房貸利率出現下調,其中深圳首套及二套房貸利率分別回落至4.9%及5.2%,低於去年底分別爲5.1%及5.6%。此外,內地1月社會融資急增至6.17萬億人民幣及新增貸款增至3.98萬億元人民幣均遠超預期。
