廣東省通過修改生育條例 規定再婚夫妻再婚後可生育三孩
廣東省十三屆人大常委會第三十七次會議昨日(12月1日)通過《廣東省人民代表大會常務委員會關於修改〈廣東省人口與計劃生育條例〉的決定》,自公布之日起施行。
是次主要修改內容包括優化生育政策和服務措施,其中調整完善廣東省的生育政策,明確該省提倡適齡婚育、優生優育,實施一對夫妻可以生育三個子女政策;簡化再生育管理,規定再婚夫妻再婚後可以生育三個子女;並明確已生育子女發生殘疾或死亡等特殊情況的可以再生育。(ek/u)
