首程控股(00697.HK)：北京大興機場停車樓項目及北京首都機場停車樓項目續期
格隆匯11月18日丨首程控股(00697.HK)發佈公吿，2021年11月18日，公司非全資附屬公司分別與首都機場集團有限公司、北京首都國際機場股份有限公司簽訂有關延長經營期限的補充協議，據此，北京大興國際機場停車樓項目、北京首都國際機場停車樓項目均延期三年。
大興機場停車樓項目由公司的非全資附屬公司北京首中停車管理有限公司負責運營，運營期自正式運營日起(已於2019年9月25日隨航站樓一併啟用)為期20年並可根據原協議約定續期5年。本次延期三年後，大興機場停車樓項目運營期將可根據補充協議約定為28年，直至2047年9月24日。大興機場停車樓項目，是民航停車領域首個類PPP項目，開創了社會投資人蔘與國家重點工程投建、運營的先河。根據中國民用航空局報道，截至2021年9月22日，大興機場投運以來累計完成旅客吞吐量3,894.23萬人次、航班起降31.46萬架次、貨郵吞吐量約21.54萬噸。大興機場將高起點、高標準、高質量地建設成為“平安、綠色、智慧、人文”四型機場，成為國際航空樞紐建設運營新標杆、世界一流便捷高效新國門、京津冀協同發展新引擎。
2019年12月30日，公司的非全資附屬公司北京首中靜態交通停車管理有限公司獲得首都機場停車樓項目的經營權，自2020年1月1日起，為期15年。於2020年1月1日，首都機場停車樓項目順利完成交接。本次延期三年後，首都機場停車樓項目運營期將根據補充協議約定為18年，直至2037年12月31日。
自2020年開年，鑑於新冠肺炎疫情的爆發，國內、國際出行受到重挫，大興機場、首都機場的旅客吞吐量受到負面影響。隨着國內疫情的控制與緩和，自2021年3月以來，大興機場進港旅客量明顯提升，客座率從40%提升到80%，隨後出港量也在逐步提升。2021年10月31日起，大興機場正式執行冬航季航班計劃，冬航季客運航班時刻總量將達到每日899個，中國南方航空、中國東方航空、中國聯合航空均開設了新增航線。首都機場於截至2021年6月30日止六個月的旅客吞吐量，較2019年6月30日止六個月(即新冠肺炎疫情前)下跌約63%，較截至2020年6月30日止六個月增長約40%。
大興機場停車樓項目、首都機場停車樓項目續期三年，展現了合作方對集團在停車出行業務，尤其是交通樞紐類停車項目經營能力的肯定和信任，有利於保持公司在北京“一市兩場”的格局，而隨着機場建設的不斷加強、客流量的提升，將一定程度彌補受新冠肺炎疫情不利影響帶來的損失，加強北京兩個機場項目的業務互動、服務延伸，提高集團的整體收益。集團將繼續做好出行配套服務，加強打磨交通樞紐類停車項目的運營能力，以期在此領域擴大領先優勢，以更好的產品和服務回饋市場。
