《大行報告》摩通下調新城悅服務(01755.HK)目標價至29元 評級「增持」
摩根大通發表報告,指新城悅服務(01755.HK)上半年核心淨利潤按年增長64%,達到3.21億元人民幣,比該行估計高出13%,很好地實現管理2021財年按年增長超過50%的指引。新簽約的總建築面積進展良好,完成年度目標的70%,同時利潤結構亦有改善。
不過,與其他物業管理公司類似,摩通認爲新城悅服務的近期市盈率將被社會保障帶來的潛在成本影響的所折讓。因此把目標價由33元調低至29元,相當於2022年目標市盈率21倍。
