中信里昂:升新創建(0659.HK)目標價至10.6港元 維持買入評級
新創建(0659.HK)宣佈,附屬新世界廈門港口與廈門國際港務訂立框架協議,據此,新世界廈門港口建議向廈門國際港務建議出售新世界廈門港口20%權益,代價15.68億元人民幣。
中信里昂發表研究報吿表示,喜歡該項交易,因為該集團繼續出售非核心資產,將該出售考慮在內,預計2022年將導致經常性盈利預測減少2%。新創建的交易價格較資產淨值折讓59%,向前推進估值,將目標價從 9.9港元上調7.1%至10.6港元,維持買入評級。
