IDG能源投資(00650.HK)：聯營公司與日本燃氣公司簽訂MOU 打通日本-中國LNG罐箱進口通道
2019年10月14日，IDG能源投資(00650.HK)宣佈其聯營公司—準時達能源科技(上海)有限公司(“準時達能源”)與日本的燃氣公司簽訂了諒解備忘錄(“MOU”)，共同打造LNG罐式集裝箱(“罐箱”)業務合作模式，通過海陸聯運的形式，鏈接上游日本液源，將LNG從日本直接運輸至國內終端使用者。目標年度運輸量至少200,000噸，預計該項目運營規模將超過600個罐箱。
2018年，中國成為全球最大的天然氣進口國。同時，中國LNG淨進口增量亦位居世界第一，佔全球增量的59.26%。傳統運輸方式已不能滿足天然氣供需，LNG罐箱運輸的宜儲宜運、宜水宜陸、靈活性強、建設週期短等優點，得到國家發改委和國家能源局政策支持。在市場、政策、股東等因素支持下，於2018年11月成立的準時達能源，目前已成功開拓加拿大、澳大利亞、歐洲海陸聯運進口LNG到中國的海上虛擬通道，可以跳過LNG接收站的環節，提供整體具高度性價比的進口LNG管道。準時達能源業務拓展迅速，計劃將來添置1,000個LNG罐箱以滿足業務發展的需要。

格隆匯獲悉，準時達能源是由IDG能源投資、富士康旗下供應鏈服務公司準時達、以及準時達能源管理層團隊合作出資成立。準時達、IDG能源投資、管理團隊分別持有準時達能源51%、39%、10%股權。準時達能源提供LNG罐箱供應鏈解決方案，無需經過資本開支巨大的LNG接收站，LNG罐箱可充分利用現有的港口設施進口LNG，亦可海、水陸聯運，同時具備臨時貯存功能，能靈活地應對市場的供求變化，是天然氣市場重要的補充供應來源。
