Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion period: From 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025.
2. This promotion is only available to clients of uSMART HK who are 18 years old or above.
3. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all uSMART personal account clients (new and existing clients).
4. After client fulfilled the specified conditions, the commission/platform fees will be verifying the relevant qualifying transactions on the same day. Also will be calculated and processed uniformly during the same market clearing day. The qualified commission/platform fees will be return on the next trading day (T+1).
5. This activity is only applicable to designated stocks. Only commissions and/or platform fee charged by uSMART will be refunded, other taxes and fees not charged by uSMART（including but not limited to stamp duty, SFC Transaction Levy, Financial Reporting Council Transaction Levy, HKEX Trading Fee） will not be refunded.
6. uSmart Securities Limited (“uSMART” or “the Company”) reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without further notice to the customers. Terms and conditions are subject to the Company’s interpretation.
7. In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSMART reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behavior.
8. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated above, and the rewards can only be obtained once the account is opened and the above conditions are fulfilled in the promotion period.
