Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion period：From 1 October 2023 0:00 to 30 June 2024 23:59:59 (inclusive of both dates).
2. This promotion is only available to customers who are Hong Kong residents or holders of overseas passports and 18 years old or above.
3. Eligibility:

• Users who have opened a uSMART HK brokerage account but have not opened a uSMART options account;
• New users who have not opened a brokerage account in uSMART HK (New customers refer to those who did not have any trading accounts in uSmart Securities Limited (“The Company”) in the past 6 months.)

4. New customers can receive 8 cash coupons from your selected welcome pack. You can activate 1 cash coupon after completed the specified requirements, there are a total of 8 cash coupons to be activated. If the customer fails to redeem the vouchers after receiving it in customers’ reward center in uSMART APP – Rewards, the vouchers will become invalid. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each coupon in customer's reward center.

5. The coupons of "Activate PRO account function" and "Sign up and attend any uSMART webinar" will be issued within 14 working days after verifying that the customer meets the requirements
6. If the customer fails to redeem the vouchers after receiving it in customers’ reward center in uSMART APP – Rewards, the vouchers will become invalid. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each coupon in customer's reward center.
7. Customers need to have an uSMART securities account for using the coupons.
8. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without further notice to the customers. Terms and conditions are subject to the Company’s interpretation.
9. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of the final decision of the event and is binding on the participants of the event.
10. In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behavior.
11. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated above, and the rewards can only be obtained once the account is opened and the above conditions are fulfilled in the promotion period.
