Terms and Conditions：
- Date: Date: From 1 Oct 2021 to 6pm 1 Nov 2021 (Including the starting and the ending day).
- This promotion is only available to customers who are Hong Kong residents or holders of overseas passports and 18 years old or above.
- New customers refer to those who did not have any trading accounts in uSmart Securities Limited (“The Company”) in the past 6 months.
- For new customers who select reward A or reward C, customers can receive or use the coupons after completing online account opening and maintain the daily average asset in their trading accounts at HK$10,000 or more for 30 consecutive days.
- For new customers who select reward B, 1 share of General Electric (GE.US) stock coupon will be given after completing below requirements:
- (i) Cumulative net deposit reaches HK$15,000 or more in the first 5 calendar days after successful account opening
- (ii) Keep HK$15,000 or more in their trading accounts for 30 consecutive days after successful account opening
- (iii) Complete 3 stock purchases within 30 calendar days after successful account opening (including but not limited to stocks, ETFs, derivatives and funds, except IPO and stock options) or Complete 1 monthly within 30 calendar days after successful account opening (including but not limited to HK, US stocks and funds)
- (iv) Deposit minimum HK$500 via the method of e-DDA in the first 30 days after successful account opening
- For new customers who select reward A, the reward will be distributed to customers' reward centre within 7 working days after the requirements are completed.
- If the customer fails to redeem the vouchers within 60 days after receiving it at the prize center, the vouchers will become invalid. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each coupon in customer's reward center.
- Customers need to have an uSMART securities account for using the vouchers.
- The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without further notice to the customers. Terms and conditions are subject to the Company’s interpretation.
- In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of the final decision of the event and is binding on the participants of the event.
- In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behaviour.
