Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotional period: From 1st June 2021 6 pm to 31st August 2021 6 pm.
2. This promotion is only available to Hong Kong customers who are 18 years old or older.
3. The promotion event only applies to new customers to participate. New customers refer to those who have not opened any trading accounts with uSMART Securities Limited (“The Company”) in the past 6 months.
4. New customers must open an account online successfully and send the relevant vaccination record (at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine ) to usmartbusiness@usmarthk.com and register with our customer service team
5. The reward of this promotion event will be distributed to the customer's reward centre as stock coupon within 7 working days after the end of promotion period (31 August 2021).
6. If the customer fails to redeem the vouchers within 30 days after receiving it at the prize center, the vouchers will become invalid. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each coupon in customer's reward center.
7. Customers need to have an uSMART securities account for using the vouchers.
8. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without further notice to the customers. Terms and conditions are subject to the Company’s interpretation.
9. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of the final decision of the event and is binding on the participants of the event.
10. In case of any termination of the Company account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover the rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotion plan and any loss arising from the behaviour.
