Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion Period: From 18:00 of 5 March 2021 to 18:00 of 4 May 2021.
2. This promotion is only available to customers in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region who are 18 years old or above.
3. This promotion only applies to new customers who have not opened any trading accounts with uSMART Securities Limited in the past 6 months.
4. Requirements:

- Condition 1: HK Stock LV2 Advanced Streaming Quote will be given after having deposit HK$50,000 or above and trading Hong Kong stocks (include but not limited to stocks, ETF and Warrants) 5 times or above in 30 days upon successfully open account during the promotion period. The accumulated net deposit should be relied on company’s system and must be reached HK$50,000 or above on the 30^th days after the account was opened. (Example: As the cumulated net deposit is counted on the 30^th days after account opened, customer can still fulfilled condition 1 if the net deposit does not reach HK$50,000 or above before the 30^th day of the account opened, while reach HK$50,000 or above on the 30^th day.)

- Condition 2: After fulfilled condition 1, the average daily asset value has to reach $50,000 or above and trading over 5 times in Hong Kong stocks (including but not limited to stocks, ETFs, warrants, etc.) within the 31^st to 60^th days after account opened, customers will be granted for another 30 days HK stock LV2 Advanced Streaming Quote. Please be noted that achieving condition 1 is the prerequisite for condition 2. The average daily asset value should be relied on company’s system and must reach HK$50,000 or above. (Example: Condition 2 is to count the average daily asset value, for example, there is 10 million assets in the account on the 31^st day after account opened, but withdraw on the 32^nd day, condition 2 can still be fulfilled, because the average value is more than HK$50,000 within 60 days after the account was opened.)

5. The rewards will be distributed to the customer's reward center within 7 working days after verifying that the customer has completed the above conditions.
6. If the customer fails to redeem the vouchers within 30 days after receiving it at the prize center, the vouchers will become invalid.
   7. uSMART Securities Limited reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without providing prior notice to any customers. The final interpretation of the terms and conditions are made by uSMART Securities Limited. uSMART Securities Limited reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding this promotion, which is binding on all participants of the event.
7. In the case of any suspected fraud, violations of any regulations or inappropriate behavior by the customers, uSMART Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal actions to recover rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customers and to claim for any losses arising from such behavior or violations.
