uSMART uPoints Over HK$700 Cash Rewards for New Customers

Terms and Conditions:

1. Date: From 1 Jan 2021 to 21 Apr 2021 12 noon. (Including the starting and the ending day)
2. This promotion is only available to Hong Kong customers who are 18 years old or older.
3. This promotion is not applicable to new customers who register via uSMART website registration page, uSMART official social media platforms and app markets.
4. The promotion event only applies to new customers. New customers refer to those who did not haveany trading accounts in uSMART Securities Limited (“The Company”) in the past 6 months (counted from 1 Jan 2021).
5. New customer can receive 3 uPoints upon registration and other corresponding rewards after finishing the following tasks:
   1. 7 uPoints for successfully open an account by online verification;
   2. 5 uPoints for successfully register e-DDA during account opening process;
   3. 5 uPoints for experiencing V1 or V2 PRO account for 30 consecutive days;
   4. 5 uPoints for conducting first trading with HK$500 or above;
   5. 3 uPoints for cumulative deposit with HK$10000 or above by e-DDA;
   6. 3 uPoints for opening Margin and Day Margin accounts successfully;
   7. 3 uPoints for opening US Stock Options account successfully;
   8. 8 uPoints for successfully verified as professional investor;
   9. 5 uPoints for conducting monthly investment 1 time;

6. Every new customer can enjoy each of the above rewards once only.
7. The validity of uPoint is 120 days counted from the received date, otherwise, it will be invalided and forfeited.
8. Any changes, cancellation or withdrawal request will not be allowed once the redemption request was accepted. It does not mean the company has accepted customers’ redemption application at the time of customer submitted the application. The company reserve the right to accept or reject any redemption application.
9. Customer must have uSMART Securities Limited account for receiving the cash coupons.
10. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without further notice to the customers. Terms and conditions are subject to the Company’s interpretation.
11. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the relevant offers at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of the final decision of the event and is binding on the participants of the event.
12. In case of any termination of the Company account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover the rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotion plan and any loss arising from the behaviour.
