3. The following prizes will be given to invitees after successfully opened an account by online verification:

   5. i) The validity of the cash coupons are 90 days. The cash coupon will become invalid If customers are not able to fulfil the related activation requirement in 90 days upon receiving.
   6. ii) The activation requirement of the cash coupons is counted by the accumulated trading amount in HKD in abovementioned specific time including HK Stocks, US Stocks, CN Stocks, Warrants, Callable Bull/Bear Contracts, ETF, Inline Warrants and Grey Market Trading while the trading amount of Monthly Stock Investment, IPO Subscription, Day Margin, Fund and Bond will not be counted.

iii) The activation requirements of the invitee’s and inviter’s cash is different and counted separately. It does not represent the activation requirement will be fulfilled automatically for another party if another inviters or invitees fulfilled.

1. 7. iv) The accumulated trading amount is counted in HKD. If the trading amount is in a currency other than HKD, it will be counted as these exchange rates (USD to HKD: 1USD=7.75HKD; RMB to HKD: 1RMB=1.10HKD).

6. If multiple inviters sent invitation to a single invitee or a single invitee received links from multiple inviters, the rewards will be given to corresponding inviter according to the registration link used by invitee. The record is subject to uSMART systemic record.
7. Both the inviters and the invitees need to have an uSMART securities account for receiving the prizes.
8. Regardless of whether the sharer holds more than one account with uSMART, uSMART will only treat one account and have the right to issue such rewards in one of the accounts.
9. A friend (invitee) must have not registered uSMART before in order for the inviter to receive the prizes.
10. If the invitee registered successfully through this promotion event, they are not being able to entitle in other similar promotion event to receive the invitees’ rewards. But they will be still able to receive rewards as an inviter.
11. By participating in this lucky draw event, customers are required to agree with our registration agreement and the use of personal information in direct marketing.
12. In case of any termination of the Company account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSMART reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover the rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotion plan and any loss arising from the behaviour.
13. Customers need to go to the “Rewards Center” in uSMART App for redeeming the virtual prizes after the lucky draw while physical prizes will be emailed a notice of award. Regarding the physical prizes, customers need to follow the replacement method and call the uSMART Customer Service Hotline at (852) 3018 4526 in advance to make an appointment for receiving. The right of receiving the prize will be waived if it fails to be collected on or before 15 April 2021,
14. In any conditions, physical prizes are not exchangeable (including but not limited to its color, model, memory), transferrable, returnable or exchange as cash.
15. Physical prizes are supplied by merchandise supplier. Customers should read the relevant terms and instructions on the prize before using it. Warranty of the prizes is provided the supplier, uSMART will not be responsible for any defections, flaws or claims and will not reissue, replace or bear any responsibility if the prizes are lost, damaged or defaced.
16. Apple Inc. and its relevant company or agent did not participate or sponsor this event.
17. If the price of the rewarded shares drops or become valueless because of its corporate actions or other reasons, uSMART will not bear any liability and related compensation. Customers has to bear their own risks.
