美股異動丨房多多盤前漲近2% 多地全面取消商品房限售
房多多(DUO.US)盤前漲1.97%,報0.31美元。消息面上,南京市政府今日召開新聞發佈會,爲促進房地產市場平穩發展推出七個方面政策舉措,包括全面取消商品住房轉讓限制。自2025年3月31日起,全市範圍內取消限售,商品住房在取得不動產權登記證書後即可上市交易,有效滿足居民各類住房置換需求。此前,安徽也宣佈全面取消住房限制性措施,停止新建安置房,大力推行“房票”等貨幣化安置。此外,重慶市中心城區2月8日起取消原已納入兩年限售範圍住房的再交易管理,這標誌着重慶樓市全面解除住房限售政策。(格隆匯)
