格隆匯3月28日丨九毛九(09922.HK)發佈公吿,集團截至2024年12月31日止年度錄得收入人民幣6,073.6百萬元,同比增加1.5%。集團的年度溢利減少90.7%至截至2024年12月31日止年度的人民幣44.8百萬元。
截至2024年12月31日止年度,除動用約138.6百萬港元於市場上購回股份外,董事會亦建議派發末期股息每股普通股0.02港元(合計約28.0百萬港元)。此外,為慶祝集團成立三十週年,董事會建議派發特別股息每股普通股0.02港元(合計約28.0百萬港元)。末期股息及特別股息分派的派息率合共約為權益股東應占年度溢利的92.5%。
