港股異動丨水務股部分上漲 中國水務漲3.4% 粵海投資漲超2%
港股水務股部分上漲,其中,雲南水務漲4.3%,中國水務漲3.4%,粵海投資漲超2%。消息上,中信證券發佈研報稱,深圳市自來水價格改革聽證會擬於4月11日召開,兩個備選方案下的綜合供水漲幅均爲13%。歷史經驗看核心城市調價對水價改革起到催化作用,各地市理順供水價格機制有望提速。該行統計,近期已有多個城市陸續出臺價格調整方案,價格機制完善有助改善國內供水行業回報長期偏低的問題。隨着水價政策的不斷完善以及行業價格機制的不斷理順,行業整體低迴報的問題或迎來改觀,水務運營類資產有望顯著受益,首推中國水務。(格隆匯)
