中核國際(02302.HK)公佈年度業績 純利大幅增長83.4% 將繼續積極參與國際市場投標買賣
中核國際(02302.HK)公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團天然鈾貿易的收入約爲港幣18.41億元，較2023年度增長約217.0%。年內溢利達1.95億港元，同比增長83.4%；每股基本及攤薄盈利港幣39.9仙。權益或淨資產回報達到約28.9%(2023年：約23.1%)，較2023年增加約5.8%。收入顯著增長主要歸因於集團在風險可控的環境下擴大鈾貿易活動的能力，這亦有助集團滿足母公司集團自2023年度結轉下來鈾產品的積壓需求。截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團銷售約5,770,000磅天然鈾。
作爲中國鈾業集團的成員公司，且考慮到集團被指定爲中國鈾業集團的採購平臺的競爭優勢，集團被視爲在國際鈾市場上處於更有利的戰略地位。爲進一步擴大業務規模，集團將繼續積極參與國際市場投標買賣，增加市場曝光度，並探索多種融資渠道，以配合鈾貿易的擴張。集團矢志積極探索與新業務夥伴的貿易機會，旨在進一步擴大公司的業務夥伴基礎網絡並持續壯大其鈾貿易業務。
就集團的蒙古採礦項目，集團將繼續與蒙古當局商討解決集團投資其於蒙古的鈾資源項目的勘探許可證到期事宜。就集團的Somina項目，集團將與尼日爾政府保持緊密溝通並持續與Somina的其他股東商討，以於可預見未來制定初步復產計劃。
長遠而言，集團亦旨在利用其最終母公司中核集團在覈能領域的優勢，拓展業務並使之多樣化，開發具有合理回報的項目，並考慮到公司的財務健康狀況、全球鈾市場整體供需動態，繼續探索鈾資源方面的潛在投資機會。
