大行評級|摩根大通:上調名創優品目標價至43港元 評級升至“增持”
摩根大通發表研報指,對名創優品評級從“中性”上調至“增持”,基於中國同店銷售增長復甦,以及海外擴張強勁(佔新增門店五至七成),經營利潤率提升1.1個百分點。此外,永輝超市轉型路線圖更清晰,目標今年大幅減少虧損。公司的股東回報計劃達7.6%(至明年6月回購17億港元股票,並保持五成以上派息率)。該行亦把對名創優品估值方法從現金流折現改爲基於市盈率,目標價由29港元上調至43港元,預測市盈率目標15倍。
