大行評級|招銀國際:小米配股對全球擴張策略產生長期正面影響 維持“買入”評級
招銀國際發表研究報告指,小米以先舊後新方式配售8億股,募集約425億港元,每股價格爲53.25港元,較昨日(24日)的收市價折讓6.6%,相當於現有已發行股本的3.2%。募資將用於業務擴展、研發投資和流動資金。
招銀國際認爲,是次融資將對小米在智能手機、AIoT和電動車業務的全球擴張策略產生長期正面影響,應可抵銷短期內的股本攤薄憂慮。該行又相信,融資將支持集團今年進取的業務計劃。該行指,如果小米股價於近日出現回調,將是買入的好機會。
該行維持對其“買入”評級,目標價爲59.52港元。
