大行評級|高盛:上調海螺水泥目標價至29港元 續列確信買入名單內
高盛發表研報,將海螺水泥2025至2026年的盈利預測上調4%至8%,以反映較預期優勝的營銷開支,惟被海外市場及骨料盈測下調所部分抵銷,該行並維持對其內地市場單位毛利預測。該行預期隨,着基建市場復甦,推動建築活動改善,海螺水泥今年利潤率擴張前景將更明朗,預測今年單位毛利將達到每噸86元,高於去年的每噸59元,以及該行估算現貨單位毛利70元。該行維持對海螺水泥H股“買入”評級,續列確信買入名單內,目標價從27港元上調至29港元。
