京能清潔能源(00579.HK)：2024年純利增加6.13%達到32.45億元 末期息每股14.3分
格隆匯3月24日丨京能清潔能源(00579.HK)發佈公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團收入爲人民幣205.617億元，比去年增加0.57%；公司權益持有人溢利爲人民幣32.45億元，比去年增加6.13%；每股基本及攤薄盈利爲人民幣39.36分。董事會建議派發末期普通股股息每股人民幣14.30分(含稅)，合計約人民幣11.79億元。
2024年，集團積極應對超預期減利因素挑戰，實現營業收入人民幣205.6億元，除稅前溢利人民幣42.8億元，超額完成年初制定的利潤目標；集團年末總資產達人民幣1010.5億元，同比增長8.0%，總資產首次突破千億級別，實現歷史性跨越。
面對京內燃氣電廠調價帶來的減利挑戰，集團深入研判形勢，積極與熱網溝通，提升中心熱網供熱佔比2個百分點，同時持續拓展周邊熱力客戶，優化發電與供熱的協同效應，釋放供熱能力，全年實現供熱量2,733.4萬吉焦；積極與電網溝通，推動機組連續高負荷運行，優化機組啓停控制節點，降低綜合供電氣耗0.9%，提高機組運行效率；深入開展降本挖潛，完善搶發爭供激勵機制；統籌開展碳資產交易，全年實現碳收益人民幣3,056.1萬元，有效對衝減利因素影響；集團燃氣發電及供熱板塊全年實現除稅前溢利人民幣13.1億元，同比僅減少人民幣5.7億元，低於年初的減利預期。面對四川水電關停帶來的減利挑戰，集團積極溝通當地政府，如期完成補償資產評估並簽訂補償協議，並爭取到補償金額人民幣4.4億元。
與此同時，集團持續拓展可再生能源業務，風力發電、光伏發電和水力發電板塊的經營溢利合計再創歷史新高，合計實現經營溢利人民幣44.9億元，同比增長17.2%，可再生能源業務的經營溢利合計佔比超過75%。
