招金礦業(01818.HK)2024年度業績超預期：全年營收大幅增長至115.5億元，利潤實現三位數增長
格隆匯3月21日丨招金礦業(01818.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團收入約爲人民幣115.51億元，比去年同期增長約37.12%，遠超彭博一致預期；淨利潤約爲人民幣18.51億元，比去年同期增長約120.81%；母公司股東應佔溢利約爲人民幣14.51億元，比去年同期大幅增長約111.35%，盈利能力進一步提升，淨利潤及歸母淨利潤均實現三位數增長，每股基本及攤薄盈利約爲人民幣0.35元。董事會建議向全體股東每股派送現金股息人民幣0.05元。
2024年度，全年完成黃金產量26,449.73千克，完成除稅前溢利約人民幣22.29億元，各項主要指標均實現大幅增長，創近年來新高。
2024年度，集團堅持投資併購與探礦增儲並舉，加快國際化戰略步伐，投資併購德拉羅泊礦業及塞拉利昂西金等兩個海外項目，爲產量和儲量帶來持續增量，與此同時，公司加大現有礦山探礦找礦投入，公司金資源量取得重大突破，根據JORC報告，集團於2024年新增金資源量261.16噸，截至2024年12月31日，公司金資源量達到1,446.16噸，可採儲量爲517.54噸。
2024年度，海域金礦項目建設有序推進，五條竪井全部貫通，TBM順利完成組裝、調試，同步始發；骨幹礦山擴能、冶煉產業升級等20餘個重點項目順利推進；年內，公司新增省級專精特新企業3家，省級創新型企業1家，獲得省部級以上科學技術獎項10項，授權專利175項，申請專利211項。
