美高梅中國(02282.HK)2024年度純利增長74.48%至46.03億港元 末期息0.251港元
格隆匯3月20日丨美高梅中國(02282.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2024年12月31日止年度，經調整EBITDA爲90.59億港元，同比增長25.20%；經營利潤爲61.56億港元，同比增長35.38%；公司擁有人應佔年度利潤爲46.03億港元，同比增長74.48%，該增幅主要由於自2022年底起放寬COVID-19相關的澳門旅遊限制後業務營運持續增長，令集團的財務表現有所改善。
董事會建議派付截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股0.251港元，合共約9.538億港元，佔集團截至2024年12月31日止年度的公司擁有人應佔利潤約20.7%。公司預計於2025年6月12日或前後向於2025年6月3日名列股東名冊的股東支付末期股息。
2024年度，經營收益爲313.872億港元，較去年增加27.2%。該增幅主要由於自2022年底起放寬COVID-19相關的澳門旅遊限制後業務營運持續增長。隨着澳門美高梅及美獅美高梅已有充分準備能抓緊中高端市場以及根據博彩批給額外獲授198張賭枱，我們於截至2024年及2023年12月31日止年度的整體博彩市場份額分別達到15.8%及15.2%，而截至2019年12月31日止年度COVID-19疫情前則爲9.5%。集團於截至2024年12月31日止年度的經營收益較2019年同期增加37.9%。
於2024年12月31日，集團的現金及現金等價物以及可供動用但尚未動用無抵押信貸融通分別爲53.2億港元及118.9億港元。該等結餘可用作營運及實施我們的投資計劃。
