百勤油服(02178.HK)預計年度虧損不超2500萬港元
格隆匯3月19日丨百勤油服(02178.HK)發佈公告,集團預計截至2024年12月31日止年度將錄得虧損淨額及公司擁有人應佔虧損分別不超過25.0百萬港元,而上年度虧損淨額及公司擁有人應佔虧損則分別爲約74.7百萬港元及73.5百萬港元。
董事會謹此呈報有關虧損淨額及公司擁有人應佔虧損減少乃主要由於報告期間(i)商譽減值虧損減少;(ii)物業、廠房及設備折舊減少;及(iii)金融資產及合約資產減值撥回淨額增加,部分被報告期間(i)攤薄於聯營公司的權益的收益減少;及(ii)分佔聯營公司淨虧損增加所抵銷。
