蘋果(AAPL.US)週三被歐盟反壟斷監管機構勒令向競爭對手開放其封閉的生態系統。歐盟詳細説明了如何按照該集團規則開放,以及不遵守規則可能導致的調查和罰款。歐盟的第一項命令要求蘋果允許競爭對手的智能手機、耳機和虛擬現實頭戴製造商使用其技術和移動操作系統,以便它們能與iPhone和iPad無縫連接。第二項命令為蘋果迴應應用開發商互操作性請求的詳細流程和時間表。如果監管機構發現蘋果沒有執行命令,公司可能會面臨調查,罰金可能高達其全球年銷售額的10%。蘋果迴應稱歐盟舉將傷害用户,幫助競爭對手。
