特步國際(01368.HK)公佈年度業績：純利達12.38億元同比增20.2%，專業運動分部營收大增57.2%，擬派末期息每股9.5港仙
格隆匯3月18日丨特步國際(01368.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團持續經營業務的收入增加6.5%至人民幣135.772億元，主要由特步主品牌的穩健表現，以及專業運動分部的強勁增長所帶動。公司普通股股權持有人應佔溢利創歷史新高，達人民幣12.384億元，增長20.2%。
集團建議末期股息每股9.5港仙，可收取代息股份以代替現金。連同中期股息每股15.6港仙，全年派息比率爲50.0%。此外，公司年內派發特別股息每股44.7港仙，全年股息增加221.7%，派息比率爲138.2%。
報告期內，特步主品牌收入增加3.2%至人民幣123.269億元。專業運動分部收入增長57.2%至人民幣12.503億元。集團持續經營業務的經營溢利增長9.3%至人民幣19.655億元。專業運動分部的經營溢利強勁增長829.5%，至人民幣7820萬元。
繼去年11月完成戰略性剝離K •SWISS及帕拉丁業務後，集團重新調整戰略，聚焦跑步，並有效分配資源以優化運營。
受到索康尼在零售網絡管理方面取得卓越成果的啓發，集團將加大對特步主品牌直接面向消費者(DTC)戰略的投入，與顧客進行更深入及個性化的互動，增強品牌忠誠度，提高保留率。
截至2024年12月31日，集團於中國內地及海外共有6,382家特步成人品牌店舖，以及1,584家特步兒童門店。索康尼在中國內地有145家門店。
