安踏體育(02020.HK)2024年營收首次突破700億元，股東應佔溢利同比增長52.4%，擬派末期息每股118港分
格隆匯3月19日丨安踏體育(02020.HK)公佈年度業績，2024年，集團業務保持穩健發展，在行業中實現較快的收入及利潤增長。2024年度，集團收入同比增加13.6%至人民幣708.26億元，首次突破人民幣700億元；股東應佔溢利爲155.96億元，同比增長52.4%；按綜合基準，不包括分佔聯營公司╱合營公司損益及由Amer Sports上市事項及Amer Sports配售事項權益攤薄所致的利得，股東應佔溢利增加7.1%至人民幣117.3億元。公司擬派末期息每股118港分。
期內，集團錄得經營活動現金流入淨額爲人民幣167.41億元；自由現金流入爲人民幣132.54億元，維持穩定的現金產出能力。
AmerSports表現出色，爲集團帶來了顯著的正向利潤貢獻，集團長期投資的決策逐步體現成果。按綜合基準，包括分佔聯營公司╱合營公司損益及由Amer Sports上市事項及Amer Sports配售事項權益攤薄所致的利得，股東應佔溢利大幅增加52.4%至人民幣156.0億元。
報告期內，安踏分部貢獻集團整體收入的47.3%，分部收入與2023年相比增長10.6%至人民幣335.22億元，主要歸因於(i)電子商貿業務的增長；(ii)持續強化產品性能及功能以提升消費者體驗；及(iii)以更多不同的門店類型來精準對焦客戶羣和提供更合適的產品。FILA分部貢獻集團整體收入的37.6%，分部收入與2023年相比增長6.1%至人民幣266.26億元，主要歸因於(i)電子商貿業務的增長；及(ii)功能性和鞋類產品貢獻增加。所有其他品牌收入與2023年相比增長53.7%至人民幣106.78億元，增長乃由DESCENTE及KOLON SPORT業務所帶動，其表現優於管理層內部目標。
2024年度，集團透過數字化提升了對消費者的洞察力。根據不同平臺的用戶畫像，加強了差異化佈局，讓產品精準匹配目標用戶，從而推動內容的傳播和銷售轉化。因此，集團的電子商貿業務取得令人鼓舞的成績，按絕對金額計同比上升21.8%。
集團於2023年開始應用AI驅動業務變革，於2024財政年度通過AI創造更大的價值。例如，輔助設計師將更多精力投入至更高級的創意決策中，從而達至效率及商品設計質量雙提升，AI輔助設計商品訂貨金額超過人民幣20億元；集團以演算法行銷做出數據主導的決策，該類項目的銷售轉換率對比人工圈選最少提升20%；集團開始利用數字人直播打造多元化應用場景，貢獻GMV達人民幣1.2億元。展望來年，集團將加速AI變革的節奏，深化數據管理體系，提升集團的業務對AI驅動增長的認知。
