中國中冶(01618.HK):執行董事兼副總裁白小虎代行公司財務負責人職責
格隆匯3月12日丨中國中冶(01618.HK)公佈,公司前財務負責人鄒宏英因到法定退休年齡,已向公司董事會辭去副總裁、總會計師職務,辭職後不再擔任公司任何職務。
爲保證公司財務工作的有序開展,公司於2025年3月12日召開第三屆董事會第六十九次會議,審議通過《關於指定執行董事、副總裁代行公司財務負責人職責的議案》,同意在正式聘任新任財務負責人之前,由公司執行董事兼副總裁白小虎先生代行公司財務負責人職責。
