臺積電(TSM.US)盤前漲0.8%,報172.33美元。有媒體援引消息人士的話稱,臺積電已向英偉達、AMD和博通提議入股一家合資公司,該公司將運營英特爾的晶圓廠。高通也收到了合作邀約。根據該提議,臺積電將負責英特爾代工部門的運營,但持股比例不會超過50%。此前特朗普政府要求臺積電重振陷入困境的美國半導體行業。最終交易金額尚未明確,任何交易都需要獲得特朗普政府的批準,因爲後者不希望英特爾或其代工部門完全由外資控股。(格隆匯)
