九毛九(09922.HK)盈警：預期2024財政年度溢利不少於5000萬元
格隆匯3月10日丨九毛九(09922.HK)公告，公司預期(i)於2024財政年度將錄得收入約人民幣6,073.0百萬元，而於2023年12月31日止年度錄得人民幣5,985.9百萬元；及(ii)於2024財政年度錄得公司權益股東應佔年內溢利不少於人民幣50.0百萬元，而於2023財政年度錄得人民幣453.5百萬元。
董事會認爲有關公司權益股東應佔溢利的預期下跌乃主要歸因於：(i)由於2024財政年度外部環境的變動，餐飲市場競爭加劇，集團餐廳的同店表現下跌；(ii)因部份餐廳關閉及表現不佳等因素導致的一次性閉店損失及減值損失（非現金項目）等合計不超過人民幣135.0百萬元；及(iii)2024財政年度集團取得的政府補貼及增值稅加計抵減及豁免等其他收入減少，以及匯率波動導致的匯兌虧損淨額增加。
集團一直密切關注市況並不時調整業務策略及營運以減低負面影響。集團已採取╱將採取以下措施改善其經營表現：(i)持續監察表現欠佳的餐廳，更謹慎地評估開店計劃；(ii)實施門店運營改善策略，持續優化產品品質及結構、提升服務質量、迭代門店模式等；及(iii)進一步提高供應鏈體系的營運效率，通過IT賦能提質降本。
董事會謹此知會股東及潛在投資者，現階段集團經營狀況整體保持穩健，各項業務營運優化措施正按計劃穩步推進。儘管短期內宏觀經濟環境仍面臨一定不確定性，集團將持續受益於中央政府對消費復甦的有力支持與相關政策的積極影響。憑藉集團在品牌影響力、運營管理效率方面的競爭優勢，以及全體員工的共同努力與奮鬥，董事會堅信集團能夠有效應對挑戰，把握市場機遇，實現長遠可持續發展，董事會對集團未來的發展前景充滿信心。
