中煙香港(06055.HK)2024年歸母淨利潤增長42.6%至8.54億港元 末期息每股0.31港元
格隆匯3月6日丨中煙香港(06055.HK)公告，2024年，集團秉承「尊重市場、尊重規則、尊重投資者」發展理念，聚焦國際市場拓展、聚力公司治理規範、聚心社會價值實現，深化現有業務優勢，促進創新業務發展，整體業績同比取得較大幅度增長，累計實現營業收入130.7億港元，同比增長10.5%；實現歸母淨利潤8.54億港元，同比增長42.6%。
爲更好地回饋股東、共享發展成果，經充分考慮集團的良好盈利能力及充裕現金流，董事會建議派發截至2024年12月31日止年度末期股息每股0.31港元，連同已派發的中期股息每股0.15港元，全年股息合計每股0.46港元，同比增長43.8%。
截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團菸葉類產品出口數量83,487噸，同比增加12,978噸，增幅爲18.4%；營業收入2,061.5百萬港元，同比增加409.3百萬港元，增幅爲24.8%；毛利83.9百萬港元，同比增加38.7百萬港元，增幅爲85.8%。業績大幅增長主要由於：(1)集團緊抓國際市場對菸葉需求增加契機，積極組織適銷貨源，使菸葉類產品出口數量同比錄得增長；及(2)優化定價策略，增強對供需兩端的議價力度，使菸葉類產品出口業務的收入及毛利錄得大幅增長。
截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團捲菸出口數量3,339,700千支，同比增加535,833千支，增幅爲19.1%；營業收入1,573.6百萬港元，同比增加364.9百萬港元，增幅爲30.2%；毛利277.4百萬港元，同比增加113.4百萬港元，增幅爲69.1%。業績大幅增長主要由於：(1)集團積極拓寬經營區域，拓展有稅業務，擴大市場覆蓋面，積極引入新品捲菸，提升業務發展動能；及(2)持續優化捲菸業務結構及產品組合，擴大自營業務規模、提升自營業務佔比，推動毛利大幅增長。
