京東健康(06618.HK)2024年業績亮眼：收入突破580億，毛利率提升，助力醫藥數字化轉型
格隆匯3月6日丨京東健康(06618.HK)發佈公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，收入由2023年的人民幣535億元增加8.6%至2024年的人民幣582億元。公司總收入的增長主要是由於銷售醫藥和健康產品所得商品收入由2023年的人民幣457億元增加6.9%至2024年的人民幣488億元。商品收入的增長驅動力主要有活躍用戶數量增加及用戶的額外購買、醫藥和健康產品銷售的線上滲透率不斷提高及產品品類的豐富。
線上平臺、數字化營銷及其他服務所得服務收入由2023年的人民幣79億元增加18.9%至2024年的人民幣94億元。公司服務收入的增長主要是由於數字化營銷服務費增加，主要歸因於平臺上的廣告主數量增加，這與公司平臺的交易持續增長保持一致。
公司錄得2023年的毛利爲人民幣119億元，毛利率爲22.2%，而2024年的毛利爲人民幣133億元，毛利率爲22.9%。毛利率增加主要是由於收入組合變動。研發開支由2023年的人民幣12億元增加8.5%至2024年的人民幣13億元。該增加主要歸因於(i)參與研發活動員工的員工福利開支增加；及(ii)由京東集團提供的技術和流量支持服務的開支增加。研發開支佔收入的百分比於2023年及2024年分別穩定保持在2.3%。2024年年度盈利達到人民幣41.57億元，同比增加94.0%；2024年度非國際財務報告準則盈利達到人民幣47.92億元，同比增加15.9%。
2024年，京東健康全面優化全渠道業務佈局。在充分發揮自營優勢的同時，公司不斷強化在線平臺和即時零售業務的協同，持續豐富商品供應，爲用戶提供更便捷和易得的健康消費體驗。
藥品零售方面，京東健康在持續豐富藥品供應的基礎上，助力品牌創新和數字化升級，共同推動行業轉型和高質量發展。在此過程中，公司繼續鞏固“新特藥全網首發第一站”的優勢。通過成熟的首發上市解決方案，公司幫助藥企加速新藥的全渠道拓展，爲患者提供全球領先的治療方案。公司還與多家藥企共同探索數字化營銷和患者管理等創新服務的深度合作，打造共贏、融合開放的良好生態。
在營養保健及器械領域，公司深化與合作夥伴的戰略合作，積極拓展細分品類市場，與品牌實現共同增長。利用京東健康專業化的醫療健康服務能力賦能品牌，公司不斷優化用戶購物體驗，讓消費者購物更放心。2024年，京東健康承接了四川、廣東、河南等地政府的適老消費券發放，通過提供豐富優質的適老醫療器械用品，滿足銀髮族的多元化健康需求。
