超微電腦(SMCI.US)盤前大升超26%,報57.64美元。消息面上,超微電腦向美國證券交易委員會提交截至6月底的2024財政年度以及公司2025財政年度前兩個季度的更新和審計財務報表,消除公司從納斯達克交易所退市的可能性。根據超微電腦公佈的截至去年12月31日的2025財年Q2初步財務數據,淨銷售額將介於56億至57億美元之間,區間中值較去年同期增長54%;GAAP每股收益將介於0.5至0.52美元之間,同比持平。(格隆匯)
