高盛發表研究報告,維持今年香港樓價回升5%預測,並下調寫字樓租金預測,由原先料回升2%降至再跌5%,並指同意市場觀點指住宅會是首個板塊見底,惟對香港零售市場看法相對較不負面,料每月銷售走勢會回穩,在未來數月轉錄按年增長。該行將其覆蓋的公司2024至2026財年的每股盈利預測調整,由降8%至升23%不等,以及調整目標價,由降13%至升11%不等。

該行同時事先檢視了香港地產股的2024財年業績,認爲值得留意恆基地產、嘉里建設以及港鐵或有可能減派息或調整其股息政策。該行依然偏好具派息可持續性公司(如太古、九置),受強勁資產負債表或自由現金流支撐;能受惠香港樓市及香港/內地零售銷售潛在回穩的公司(如新地、領展、恆隆地產);以及以及具併購或重組的潛力企業(如長和)。
