大行評級|里昂:上調港交所目標價至374港元 IPO復甦和南向資金流入爲兩大動力
里昂發表報告指,相信IPO復甦和南向資金流入將成爲港交所今年的兩大基本面動力。該行預計公司在去年第四季的業績表現強勁,預計稅後純利將按年增長46%,經調整每股盈利爲10.28港元,並實現派息比率90%。該行將港交所目標價從338港元上調至374港元,相當於預測2026財年市盈率33倍,評級“跑贏大市”。而基於更高的上市費收入以及日均成交額展望改善,將2024年至2026年的盈利預測上調分別3%、5%及10%,同期收入預測上調分別3%、4%及7%。該行指,港交所潛在的催化劑包括內地政策的積極驚喜、潛在的股息稅減免,以及更創新的三年戰略計劃。
