速騰聚創(02498.HK)擬配售最多2200萬股，總籌逾10億港元助力AI與機器人技術研發
格隆匯2月26日丨速騰聚創(02498.HK)發佈公告，2025年2月26日(交易時段前)，公司及配售代理(即國泰君安國際與未來資產證券(香港))訂立配售協議，據此，公司同意委任配售代理，而配售代理同意作爲公司的代理盡最大努力促使不少於6名承配人(將爲機構及企業專業投資者，且彼等及彼等的最終實益擁有人將爲獨立第三方)按配售價每股配售股份46.15港元認購最多2200萬股新股份。
配售事項項下的配售股份總數爲最多2200萬股新股份，佔於本公告日期已發行股份數目(不包括庫存股份)的約4.89%及經配發及發行配售股份擴大後的已發行股份數目(不包括庫存股份)的約4.66%(假設配售股份獲悉數配售，且除已配發及發行的配售股份外，公司已發行股份自本公告日期起至完成配售事項之日爲止並無變動)。
假設所有配售股份獲悉數配售予承配人，配售事項的所得款項總額預期合共約爲10.153億港元，而配售事項的所得款項淨額(經扣除傭金及估計開支後)預期合共約爲9.8887億港元。公司擬將配售事項的所得款項淨額按以下金額分配並作以下用途：
約70%的所得款項淨額，用於集團的研發以(a)開發高清傳感器與AI感知技術、提升機器人靈巧手的運動控制能力，並打造手眼協同系統，增強機器人在複雜環境下的操作性能；(b)開發高負載、高自由度的靈巧手，使其能夠靈活復刻人手的精細動作和操作；(c)融合激光雷達與攝像頭信息，打造機器人視覺解決方案(含傳感器硬件及SDK)，客戶可直接調用建圖、定位、避障等算法能力；及(d)開發機器人域控制器、觸覺反饋系統、多維力傳感器、關節電機等關鍵部件；
約20%的所得款項淨額，用於建設國內外生產線，提升生產線的自動化水平以改善營運及成本效率，以及在生產過程的各個階段制定嚴格的質量控制措施以確保交付高質量產品；及
約10%的所得款項淨額，用於探索潛在戰略合作夥伴或聯盟機會。例如，集團計劃尋求與AI及機器人行業的同行及領導者建立戰略合作夥伴關係，以進一步開發新產品及解決方案，升級集團的產品及／或支持AI算法、芯片及硬件領域的研發計劃。
