研報掘金|中金:上調東亞銀行目標價至11.3港元 去年下半年業績大幅勝預期
中金髮表研究報吿指,東亞銀行去年下半年業績大幅勝於預期,主要是由於非息收入、其他減值損失優於預期。當中,東亞非息收入按年增長33.7%,淨手續費用收入升16.3%,其他非息收入增79.6%。另外,去年的派息水平略勝於預期。該行表示,由於公司的非息收入有望保持較快增長,因此上調2025及26年的盈測11.7%和6.6%,分別達38.81億及35.9億元,續予“中性”評級,目標價升10.8%至11.3港元。
