大行評級|花旗:上調金沙中國評級至“買入” 目標價升至21港元
花旗發表研報指,金沙中國公佈2024年度初步業績,宣佈派發末期股息每股25港仙,派息比率爲約50%,水平與同業銀娛及美高梅中國大致相若。
假設在可預見的將來金沙中國維持約50%的派息比率,花旗預測2025年度股息將爲每股52港仙,以現價計算股息回報率達3%,相信對投資者而言屬吸引,因此將其投資評級從“中性”上調至“買入”,目標價從18.5港元上調至21港元。
花旗又透露,近日前往了金沙旗下倫敦人蔘觀,對項目的全新非博彩設施質量提升印象深刻,認爲將有助改善高端中場客戶的體驗。
