京基金融國際(01468.HK)簽署諒解備忘錄，聚焦檳城科技園綠色能源發展
格隆匯2月20日丨京基金融國際(01468.HK)發佈公告，公司與Ideal Capital Berhad(連同“IdealGroup”)間接非全資附屬公司－MUJUR SINARJAYA SDN BHD(“MUJUR”)和WRISE Group訂立一份不具法律約束力的諒解備忘錄。諒解備忘錄概述了公司、MUJUR和WRISE Group之間可能開展合作，旨在通過馬來西亞綠色能源項目的融資及實施探索商機。
公司與MUJUR和WRISE Group目前正在探討於可再生能源領域的合作機會。Ideal Group的物業發展業務的其中部分爲專門收購及出售馬來西亞的工業用地，包括檳城科技園。訂約方擬發揮其各自在金融服務及馬來西亞物業發展的優勢以成立一間潛在合資公司。該合資公司將專注於檳城科技園綠色能源項目及人工智能基礎設施的融資及發展，包括天然發電廠、太陽能發電站及垃圾發電設施。董事相信此舉將提升訂約方在區內共同推動可持續能源解決方案的能力。
公告表示，監於全球對可持續能源解決方案的趨向以及對環保議題日益重視，董事認爲可能合作有望爲發展可能與人工智能基礎設施相關的綠色能源項目設立具價值的框架。憑藉WRISE Group的投資專業知識，Ideal Group在物業發展方面的專業知識及人脈，以及對馬來西亞市場需求的洞悉，MUJUR、Ideal Group和WRISE Group將能夠大力支持公司新成立的可持續發展及技術委員會制定有效的檳城科技園發展策略。
