格隆匯2月14日丨晨鳴紙業(01812.HK)公吿,山東晨鳴紙業集團股份有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)於2024年8月14日召開第十屆董事會第十次會議審議通過了《關於山東晨鳴集團財務有限公司解散的議案》。
2025年2月12日,山東晨鳴集團財務有限公司收到《國家金融監督管理總局關於山東晨鳴集團財務有限公司解散的批覆》(金復[2025]86號),同意解散山東晨鳴集團財務有限公司。山東晨鳴集團財務有限公司將按照有關法律法規要求辦理相關手續。
