格隆匯12月27日丨中基長壽科學(00767.HK)公吿，於2024年12月27日，公司全資附屬公司浤烽發展有限公司（浤烽發展）與廣州樂添生物科技有限公司（廣州樂添）訂立諒解備忘錄，據此，浤烽發展與廣州樂添有意共同在中國國內投資設立合資公司。
擬進行的可能設立合資公司事項將包括雙方共同在中國國內投資設立合資公司，為用户提供長壽生物製品、長壽醫學檢測、健康諮詢服務、健康管理等大健康產業產品及服務。
雙方將致力於為人們的健康提供全方位、多層次的產品及服務，滿足人們對健康的追求。浤烽發展能夠提供產品及服務及管理系統的支持，而廣州樂添能夠提供中國國內客户資源及市場及銷售管道。訂約雙方將繼續商討可能設立合資公司事項，務求儘快簽訂正式合資協議。
公司為於百慕達註冊成立的有限公司，為一間投資控股公司，透過其附屬公司主要從事長壽科學業務、借貸與金融投資諮詢，以及證券、物業及投資業務。浤烽發展為一家於香港成立的有限公司，主要從事長壽科學研發、轉化和應用，通過四大分部運營，長壽科學研究、長壽醫學檢測分部、長壽生物製品分部、長壽管理分部。浤烽發展擁有強大的健康領域資源及自研優質產品，包括自有長壽生物製品、長壽醫學檢測專案等核心產品，致力於讓人類健康的長壽。
董事會認為健康長壽科學市場的前景廣闊，因為觀察到全球的富裕客户更願意接受及花費在長壽科學應用上，以提升彼等的整體健康及免疫狀況，並促進彼等身體年輕化。可能設立合資公司事項符合集團的長壽科學業務發展策略及計劃，將有利於集團未來的業務發展。董事會相信可能設立合資公司事項進一步完善集團在長壽科學診斷及醫療服務領域的佈局，為公司開拓新的長壽科學收入來源，以期長遠為集團帶來更加穩定及持續增長的收入。
