資金動向 | 北水大買港股近85億港元，大肆加倉中芯國際近14億港元
12月27日，南下資金淨買入港股84.93億港元。
其中，港股通（滬）淨買入39.18億港元，港股通（深）淨買入45.75億港元。
淨買入中芯國際13.89億、聯想集團7.82億、小米集團-W 7.55億、工商銀行4.4億、微盟集團3.73億、中國海洋石油2.37億；淨賣出美團-W 4.57億、騰訊控股3.89億、阿里巴巴-W 1.8億、金山雲1.05億。
據統計，南下資金已連續3日淨買入工商銀行，共計23.7147億港元；連續4日淨買入中芯國際，共計37.5474億港元；連續5日淨買入微盟集團，共計17.0927億港元；連續6日淨買入小米集團，共計22.6466億港元。
連續3日淨賣出美團，共計23.1844億港元。
北水關注個股
中芯國際：消息方面，半導體行業觀察機構TechInsights發佈2025年半導體制造市場展望，半導體資本支出預計將激增14%。高盛研報指出，繼續看好中芯國際作為中國晶圓代工龍頭企業，因為其客户對本地化生產的需求不斷增長。然而，持續的產能擴張、成熟節點產能供應增加、競爭加劇、地緣政治風險仍是估值的擔憂及懸念。
該行還指出，雖然對中芯銷售增長持樂觀態度，但受中國成熟節點產能供應增加的影響，平均售價增長可能保持温和。整體而言，該行預期中芯的毛利率將逐步恢復，並將其H股目標價由29.2港元上調至33.4港元，維持“中性”評級。
聯想集團：消息面上，聯想官宣與火山引擎合作，為其AI桌面助手如意植入豆包大模型“超強大腦”，全方位提升用户體驗。國海證券指出，藉助豆包通用模型pro，如意完成了從傳統系統工具助手到智能對話式綜合性助手的轉型，極大提升了用户與PC系統交互的智能化體驗，提高了聯想在PC上的競爭能力。
小米集團-W ：消息面上，媒體報道稱，小米集團正加強發展自有AI大模型，目前正部署GPU萬卡集羣，規模較其大模型團隊成立時的約6,500張GPU大幅增加。報道引述知情人士指，小米數月前開始推展該計劃，由集團董事長雷軍領導。
另外，早前有傳雷軍親身重金招聘DeepSeek開源大模式DeepSeek-V2的關鍵開發者之一羅福莉加入小米，預料或會負責領導小米大模型團隊。
工商銀行：消息面上，據香港聯交所12月27日披露的文件，工商銀行獲中國平安人壽保險股份有限公司及關聯方增持4,500萬股H股股份，價值約2.19億港元。
微盟集團：開源證券表示，微信交易電商逐步完善，微盟集團作為騰訊的龍頭服務商有望率先受益。該行指，2024年公司持續降本增效及收縮虧損業務，2025年有望實現扭虧為盈，上調至“買入”評級。
中海油：消息面上，國資委近期出台指導意見，鼓勵央企市值管理行動。光大證券指出，隨着天然氣旺季景氣來臨，以及中長期天然氣需求向好、市場化改革持續推進，“三桶油”作為天然氣龍頭有望充分受益。另外，“三桶油”估值較海外巨頭顯著低估，長期增長能力有望持續兑現。
美團：據“美團Meituan”微信公眾號，在此前七次算法公開的基礎上，美團將設立算法公示專區，持續與各界溝通算法的基本原理、運行機制等，增加算法的透明度，推動算法更加公正、更加人性化。進一步完善騎手防疲勞機制。着重解決騎手超長時間跑單等問題，當前已在華東等地區進行試點。結合試點情況，徵集各界意見後，美團近期將在全國全面落地“彈窗提醒和強制下線結合”的防疲勞措施，並在未來探討更多舉措，避免騎手過度勞動影響身心健康。
