美股異動|京東升1.15% 2024年年終獎計劃公佈 最高可達8倍月薪
京東(JD.US)升1.15%,報36.05美元。消息面上,京東集團宣佈2024年年終獎的發放計劃,此次年終獎結構調整為固定年終獎和目標年終獎兩部分,目標年終獎將根據員工的年度績效等級來確定,為相應月份工資的倍數。在升級至17薪制度的部門中,年度績效A+的員工可獲得高達8倍月薪的年終獎,相當於全年20薪;年度績效A的員工則能拿到6.5倍月薪,即全年18.5薪;年度績效B+的員工年終獎為5倍月薪,即全年17薪;而年度績效B-的員工也能獲得3倍月薪作為獎勵。(格隆匯)
