海通證券:數據流通安全政策出爐 促進數據市場化發展
海通證券研報稱,國家數據局發佈《關於完善數據流通安全治理 更好促進數據要素市場化價值化的實施方案》,明確到2027年底建立數據流通安全治理體系,促進企業數據、公共數據、個人信息的合規流通,提升治理效能。《方案》強調數據供需雙方的安全責任,推動公共數據有序共享,並鼓勵企業在數據治理能力條件下強化數據開放利用。此外,結合國家網絡身份認證體系以保障個人信息安全流通。數據安全服務業態預計將受益,相關核心廠商或將迎來機遇。
